Amarillo Habitat for Humanity

A Brush with Kindness is Amarillo Habitat for Humanity’s newest program that is designed to help low-income homeowners with much needed exterior repairs to their homes. ABWK is a neighborhood revitalization initiative that will enable us to reach out to many more people in neighborhoods all over our city. Our labor will be supplied by volunteers and we will use donated and purchased materials to do the work. Each homeowner will be able to pay for these repairs through a short-term 0% interest loan, with very low payments, financed by Habitat. The families will actually work alongside us on the labor as well, continuing Habitat’s tradition of partnership!
